With over 30 years of experience in delivering OUTDOOR EDUCATION, we understand its importance; supporting Children, Young People and Adults to experience the “Outdoors” and utilise it to develop and grow. We also have experience of working within schools, SEN, PRU and youth & community settings; giving us a good understanding of the needs of different groups, their programmes and curriculum outcomes.

With all of our programmes tailored to the needs of the group, class or school; we can provide a high-quality programme to suit you. Using highly qualified and experienced practitioners, and some of the best Outdoor Environments in the North East, we can create valuable learning experiences; which help nurture the growth of independence, self-esteem, communication, team work and help people learn in different ways.

Our programmes are not just about the activities, they are about encouraging people to develop their potential: to discover and value different ways of learning, to grow in self-confidence, to develop communication skills and to be able to co-operate with other people.

Sessions can be a one-off activity, such as a group activity day or a reward day; or a multi-week programme over half a term, a term or longer. The sessions or programmes can either be in just one specific activity or a mix of different activities.

We work with pre-school age to those who have enjoyed a long life; and with different abilities and disabilities. Those who are looking to develop new skills, or those just looking for a different environment.

Confidence Building

Our Confidence Building sessions are 100% tailored to the needs of those in your group; drawing on our experience in the Outdoor Education, Community and Youth Work sectors, we design programmes that will help nurture the growth of confidence, self-esteem and independence.

We use our activities in a way that promotes development over a period of time; programmes can work in one particular activity, Forest School is a good example or if someone is particularly interested in biking (for example), we can design a programme around that; or we can use a mixture of activities to develop throughout the programme in a way/order that best works for the individuals.
